Fast Shipment:

Your order will ship within 2-5 business days after you place the order with us. Some stock items might need assembly by the factory and can take 7-10 days to ship. Contact us to find out exact shipment times for items you are interested in. As soon as your product is on its way out of warehouse we will email you the tracking number for your shipment. FREE Shipping Over $49 (restriction apply):

We offer Free Shipping to orders over $49 to all 48 continental states in US. Anything outside please get a shipping quote before you order the item. We are not responsible for custom fee and brokerage for orders shipping shipping to outside of US. Please contact us if you need the information for custom brokerage.

Please note all orders are shipped with curbside delivery unless listed on the product page that it is shipped with White Glove Service, in which case the delivery is inside the property and packaging is removed, and discarded for you.

Damages:

NO RISK POLICY:

In case the item(s) comes damaged to your door you can simply refuse the delivery and we will ship you another one. 

If you find a damaged after you opened the packaging take pictures and email to us at support@yourelegantbar.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will contact the suppliers regarding replacement item(s). Please do not throw the packaging material away as the carrier might have to inspect the shipment to get a claim for damages.

Cancellations & Refunds: 

  • 100% refund on orders cancelled before the item is shipped.
  • Once the item is shipped customer will be responsible for the shipping costs on cancelled orders. 
  • You can exchange your order with a similar product within 30 days of the purchase without any restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse and shipping for the replacement product.
  • No returns are accepted after 30 days of delivery.
  • Any opened items will be subject to a restocking fee.
  • No cancellations or returns allowed on custom furniture. Any exceptions will need an approval from The Elegant Bar.
